Mother's Day Tea draws ladies to Kerrobert Senior's Hall

By Joan Janzen

Ladies enjoyed an afternoon at the Senior's Hall in Kerrobert where a Mother's Day Tea was held on Thursday afternoon, May 7. The Senior's group provided refreshments along with angel food cake and strawberries for everyone attending. Of course ladies always enjoy shopping, so there was also fresh baking available to purchase along with a wide variety of plants provided by a local Hutterite colony.

The afternoon was spent visiting with friends, laughing, hugging, shopping and feasting as the ladies celebrated Mother's Day together.

A warm welcome. Hugs were in plentiful supply as friends greeted one another at the Kerrobert Seniors' Mother's Day Tea on Thursday, May 7. PHOTO BY JOAN JANZEN
