Vortrax Construction Ltd./Oyen Concrete is looking for a FULL-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR. WILL BE BASED OUT OF OYEN CONCRETE OFFICE.

  • Reception/Communication: E-mail and telephone correspondence, public relations, payment processing

  • Invoicing: Creating, tracking & submitting daily field tickets for various clients/projects & preparing for final invoicing

  • Tracking & Regulations: Interprovincial requirements such as Sask PST tracking and payment, project specific and company equipment/inventory tracking

  • Management Assistance: work with management and all staff with daily duties and coordination

QUALIFICATIONS: (this may include but is not limited to)

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or similar is an asset

  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs is required: excel, word & e-mail

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills & effective interpersonal skills

  • Ability to self-lead, commitment to task & possess an entrepreneurial ethic

  • Experience/understanding of the construction & oilfield industries

  • This role will support management on projects and address daily coordination of business activities.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

  • Starting wage $30.00/hr (open to negotiation dependant on

  • accounting/bookkeeping experience)

  • Extended health and dental coverage after probation

  • Cost shared 50/50 with the company
