EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are hiring a Full-time Member Service Representative. This member-facing position is grounded in exceptional customer service and primarily focuses on providing our membership with transactional services.

This position is responsible for all over-the-counter duties a member requests, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan and utility payments and online banking access. Additionally, this individual is responsible for general back-office accounting duties, including the reconciliation of central accounts, ATM processing and cash management.

Experience in front-line customer service, knowledge of credit union products and services and dedication to ongoing personal development would all be assets.
