Fun Fact: Mariana Trench

The Mariana Trench in the Pacific Ocean is over 1,500 miles long and almost 7 miles deep. Mankind has explored further and much more often into outer space than we have ever yet ventured into the Trench's very cold, very dark depths. Mount Everest would fit very comfortably down in it, and still have water above it.
