Where there’s snow, there’s snowshoeing!

Farmers aren’t the only ones who are grateful for the January snowfall. A group of people in Kindersley were excited to strap on snowshoes and head out to the golf course Sunday afternoon. Thanks to Pathway to Wellness, this fun activity can be enjoyed absolutely free of charge and includes the use of equipment. All you have to do is text Bev Callsen to reserve your snowshoes and wear winter boots or hiking boots. There are two sets of shoes for up to 50 lbs, three for 120 lbs, eight for up to 155 lbs, six for up to 200 lbs, and one for up to 250 lbs. Snowshoers of all ages came out to enjoy the mild weather as they trekked out onto the golf course together. And some of the younger snowshoers took time out to build a snowman.
