SWAC Report: SHSAA provincial basketball

By Valerie Gordon

SHSAA Provincial Basketball

The 5A SCCHS girls earned a trip to the SHSAA provincial basketball championship.  The championship was condensed into one day, with gold, silver and bronze medals on the line. The Ardens were ranked #4 in the province and they played #3 ranked Saskatoon Walter Murray for the SHSAA Bronze medal. The Ardens lost the game (76-55), but placing 4th in the province is an amazing accomplishment… especially at the 5A level.
