Owens & Sweitzer recognized for outstanding employee engagement

Eston business, Owens & Sweitzer has been named by SATISFYD as a 2021 Top Dealer in Employee Engagement. This award is determined solely on employee rankings which saw Owens & Sweitzer exceed industry benchmarks in the workplace for employee engagement. Rankings are a result of confidential, annual surveys conducted by the SATISFYD Voice of the Employee (VOE) platform. SATISFYD distributed over 5,500 employee surveys nationwide with Owens & Sweitzer ranking among the top of all VOE participating dealerships.
