Kerrobert Library celebrates 100 years of serving its community

KERROBERT – The Kerrobert Library celebrated its 100th anniversary on Wednesday, Sept. 16. It was a fantastic turnout, with families, friends and community members coming through the doors to spend the day together.

There were games, crafts and face painting for all the kids who came out for the afternoon. Families celebrated with anniversary cake and a magic show presented by special guest Reese the Magician. The community came out to show their support for this special milestone.

The 100 Book Challenge draw winners were announced, with Tara Neumeier winning the adult prize and William Simonson taking home the children's prize. It was a wonderful time of celebrating 100 years of stories, community and connection.
