KCS Rebels shine at Battle West track districts
On May 27th and 28th, 570 athletes took part in the Battle West Track and Field Districts in North Battleford, with 29 of them from KCS! This is the second-largest track and field meet in all of Saskatchewan, getting ready to send the best of the best to provincials!

It was an amazing few days for the Rebels, with many ribbons won (54 to be exact!), many personal bests, new track athletes trying new events, 8 athletes who ribboned in every event they competed in, and three top 10 finishes for their age category:
Jorja – 9th out of 48 Bantam Girls
Brady – 8th out of 53 Intermediate Boys
Jacob – 7th out of 39 Junior Boys
We are also very proud to announce that we will be sending one athlete to the SHSAA Provincial Track and Field Championship in Saskatoon, June 5th and 6th! Congratulations to Dreyton, who qualified and will be representing KCS in the Intermediate Boys Quad!
Our school also finished 7th out of 22 schools for points.
