Fuelling a good cause

Sept. 15 was Fuel Good Day in Kindersley, when 10 cents from every litre of fuel purchased at participating Kindersley & District Co-op locations was donated to West Central Abilities. Tamara Wiebe, executive director at West Central Abilities, said, "We feel it was a great turnout and are very thankful for the opportunity to benefit." In conjunction with Fuel Good Day, a fundraising barbecue was held at the Kindersley Senior Centre, where these four ladies were happy to serve their hungry customers.
