Kindersley's Roar for More Bike Rally kicked off on Saturday morning, May 30th, when bikers met at 112 Railway West in Kindersley to raise funds for a worthwhile project. All proceeds from Saturday's event went towards the construction of a gazebo at Baker Park in Kindersley.

After their 300 km ride, riders and guests met for a barbecue beef supper where 50/50 draw prizes were announced and there were plenty of silent auction prizes available. Darrell Fitterer Performance and TKC sponsored the fundraising event.

"We are hoping to raise enough money, with help from the community, to do this project in the next couple of months," Darrell said. It's estimated it will cost $30,000 to complete the project, and he's hoping other clubs and businesses will help contribute towards the cause.
